Lifting Equipment Inspection
Includes inspection of mobile cranes, overhead cranes, gantry cranes, and other lifting equipment. The inspection focuses on structural condition, hoisting mechanisms, brakes, controls, and safety devices, alongside identification markings and rated capacities, to assess operational safety and suitability for intended service
Earthmoving & Heavy Equipment Inspection
Includes excavators, loaders, bulldozers, backhoe loaders, rollers, graders, and other construction and site equipment. The inspection focuses on operational safety, general condition, leaks, wear, hydraulic and mechanical systems, and readiness for service.
Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)
We provide non-destructive testing services to detect discontinuities and defects without damaging the inspected component. The service supports weld quality assessment, metallic component evaluation, and maintenance or safety decisions through defined procedures, recorded results, and traceable reporting.
Powered Access & Material Handling Equipment Inspection
Includes mobile elevating work platforms, scissor lifts, boom lifts, forklifts, telehandlers, and other material handling equipment used in warehouses, sites, and industrial facilities. The inspection focuses on lifting and travel systems, safety devices, stability, controls, and overall technical condition.
Lifting Accessories Inspection
Includes inspection of chain slings, webbing slings, wire rope slings, shackles, hooks, lifting rings, eyebolts, and other load attachment accessories. The inspection focuses on wear, cracks, deformation, and damage, alongside identification markings, working load limits, and traceability. Findings and accessory condition are documented against applicable acceptance criteria
Inspection Standards & Technical References
We identify the standards and technical references applicable to each inspection according to the equipment type and inspection scope. These include relevant ASME standards, British Standards (BS), and LEEA guidance, alongside manufacturer instructions and applicable local requirements. Our approach considers ISO/IEC 17020 requirements for competence, impartiality, and consistent inspection activities, with assessment criteria and findings documented in clear reports
