Certification Process

MANAGEMENT SYSTEM CERTIFICATION

A clear overview of how certification is granted, maintained and managed throughout its validity.

Certification lifecycle

Requirements for obtaining and maintaining your certificate.

01 Granting certification

We issue a certificate when:

  • All required audits are completed (Stage 1 and Stage 2).
  • All non-conformities are resolved and verified.
  • Our certification committee approves the audit results.
  • All contractual and financial requirements are met.

What you receive

An official certificate signed by our Managing Director, rules for using the certification logo, a cover letter and supporting documents.

02 Maintaining certification

To keep your certification valid:

  • Complete annual surveillance audits on time.
  • Continue meeting all requirements of the applicable standard.
  • Implement and close corrective actions promptly.
  • Maintain contractual and financial compliance.

03 Renewing certification

  • Certification is renewed every three years through a recertification audit.
  • We verify continued compliance, system effectiveness and any changes in your operations.
  • Late renewal may lead to suspension or withdrawal.

04 Expanding or reducing scope

  • Expansion: You may request to add new products, services or locations. This may require a review or special audit.
  • Reduction: We may reduce the scope if some certified activities no longer meet the requirements.

Certification decisions

Circumstances that may affect certification status.

05 Refusing certification

Certification may be refused if:

  • The audit shows that your management system does not meet the required standard.
  • Major issues remain unresolved within the agreed time.
  • False information or a lack of cooperation is identified.
  • Contractual or financial obligations are not fulfilled.

Written notification

We will inform you in writing of the reasons for refusal and your right to appeal.

06 Suspending certification

Certification may be suspended if:

  • You miss a scheduled audit.
  • You fail to correct major issues within the required time.
  • You misuse our certification mark.
  • You have unpaid financial obligations.
  • Serious complaints indicate that your management system is not effective.

During suspension

Your certificate is temporarily invalid. The underlying issues must be corrected before certification can be restored.

07 Restoring certification

Suspended certification can be restored when:

  • All issues that led to suspension are corrected and verified.
  • Any required audits are completed successfully.

08 Withdrawing certification

Certification may be withdrawn if:

  • The issues that caused suspension are not resolved within the required time.
  • You stop operating within the certified scope.
  • There is a serious breach of contract.
  • You request voluntary withdrawal.

After withdrawal

You must immediately stop using the certificate and certification logo.

Your right to appeal

You may appeal any certification decision. Details of the appeal process are available upon request.
