Certification Processes
1. Granting Certification
We issue a certificate when:
- All required audits are completed (Stage 1 & Stage 2).
- All non‑conformities are resolved and verified.
- Our certification committee approves the audit results.
- All contractual and financial requirements are met.
What you receive:
- Official certificate signed by our Managing Director.
- Rules for using the certification logo.
- Cover letter and supporting documents.
2. Refusing Certification
We may refuse certification if:
- The audit shows your management system does not meet the required standard.
- Major issues remain unresolved within the agreed time.
- False information or lack of cooperation is identified.
- Contractual or financial obligations are not fulfilled.
We will inform you in writing of the reasons and your right to appeal.
3. Maintaining Certification
To keep your certification valid:
- Complete annual surveillance audits on time.
- Continue meeting all standard requirements.
- Implement and close any corrective actions promptly.
- Maintain contractual and financial compliance.
4. Renewing Certification
- Renewal happens every 3 years through a recertification audit.
- We verify ongoing compliance, effectiveness, and any changes in your operations.
- Late renewal may lead to suspension or withdrawal.
5. Suspending Certification
We may suspend your certification if:
- You miss a scheduled audit.
- You fail to correct major issues in time.
- You misuse our certification mark.
- You have unpaid financial obligations.
- Serious complaints show your management system is not effective.
Suspension means your certificate is temporarily invalid. You must correct the problem before it can be restored.
6. Restoring Certification
Suspended certification can be restored when:
- All problems are fixed and verified.
- Any required audits are completed successfully.
7. Withdrawing (Cancelling) Certification
We may withdraw your certification if:
- Problems that caused suspension are not fixed in time.
- You stop operating within the certified scope.
- There is a serious breach of contract.
- You request voluntary withdrawal.
After withdrawal, you must stop using the certificate and certification logo immediately.
8. Expanding or Reducing Scope
- Expansion: You can request to add new products, services, or locations. This may require a review or special audit.
- Reduction: If some parts of your certified activities no longer meet requirements, we may reduce your scope.
Right to Appeal
You can appeal any decision we make. The appeal process is available upon request.
